POROS™ GoPure™ 50 D Pre-packed Column, 0.8 x 10 cm, 5 mL

POROS GoPure 0.8 cm pre-packed columns are intended for the screening of POROS affinity, ion exchange, and hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) resins or for small scale purification.

These pre-packed columns are ready to connect and have the following features:

The POROS D 50 resin (Cat. No. 1365906) in this POROS GoPure column has a dimethylaminopropyl functional group for strong anion exchange chromatography.
