The Applied Biosystems AmpQuest 96 Real-Time PCR System is an affordable, high-performance instrument designed for research and routine testing, addressing modern real-time PCR (qPCR) needs while preserving the core qualities of Applied Biosystems qPCR systems. Powered by Diomni Design & Analysis Software and featuring a streamlined touchscreen interface and reliable service and support, the AmpQuest 96 Real-Time PCR System enables data accuracy, ease of use, and versatility in applications.
Features of the AmpQuest 96 system include:
Minimized cost of ownership
The AmpQuest 96 Real-Time PCR System is fully calibrated and ready to use upon installation. It supports the following common, popular fluorophores: FAM, SYBR Green, VIC, ABY, NED, TAMRA, JUN, ROX, Mustang Purple, and Cy5 dyes. Recalibration of the instrument at fixed time intervals is not required. Warranty extension and service contract options to fit any budget are available.
Multiplex capabilities minimize consumable/sample requirements
Multiplexing is a cost-effective solution to help simply and efficiently address the challenges of limited samples and expensive analysis. Five coupled excitation and emission filter channels, with white LED, enable up to 5-target multiplexing, supported by improved well-to-well and instrument-to-instrument data accuracy from OptiFlex technology.
Performance you can trust
Detect differences in target quantity as small as 1.5-fold, sensitivity down to one copy per reaction, and a linear dynamic range of 10 orders of magnitude.
Feature-rich software designed for research
Diomni Design and Analysis Software v3 (desktop version) is a feature-rich software solution that offers plate setup, quality checks, results review, and a multitude of single-plate application analysis modules.
High application versatility
Simple and optimized protocols, reliable assays and reagents, and intuitive software are available for a broad range of applications, including gene expression, genetic variation, animal health, and more.
System configuration flexibility
Option 1: Connect a co-located computer directly to the instrument and send experiments to and from the instrument. This connected computer can be procured along with the AmpQuest 96 system, or you can connect your own laptop or desktop.
Option 2: Network the instrument to allow remote access via a local area network (LAN).
Option 3: Operate in stand-alone mode (no connections) and transfer files via USB.
Options 2 and 3 do not require a co-located computer.
