MagMAX™ Viral RNA/DNA Extraction Prefilled Kit

The MagMAX Viral RNA/DNA Extraction Prefilled Kit provides automation-ready plates prefilled with the required MagMAX reagents to extract viral RNA and DNA from 100–200 μL of multiple animal sample types such as serum, environmental swabs, oral fluids, and more. The extracted viral nucleic acid is ideal for a variety of downstream molecular biology applications including real-time qPCR.

Simple format
The MagMAX Viral RNA/DNA Extraction Prefilled Kit offers prefilled plates ready-to-use on the KingFisher Flex Purification System. Just remove the seals from the plates, add sample and proteinase K to the plate prefilled with binding buffer, and load onto the KingFisher Flex system.

The kit supports processing of up to 192 samples with two sets of prefilled plates, two magnetic head tip combs, and proteinase K.

The MagMAX Viral RNA/DNA Extraction Prefilled Kit extracts viral RNA and DNA from multiple animal sample matrices, including serum, plasma, whole blood, environmental swabs, oral fluids, tissue and organ homogenates.
