resDNASEQ™ dPCR E1A DNA Fragment Length Kit

The resDNASEQ dPCR E1A DNA Fragment Length Kit is an absolute quantitation PCR -based system that measures the fragment lengths of residual host-cell DNA by targeting the E1A gene in HEK 293 cell lines, which are predominantly used in the development of gene therapies, cell-based vaccines, and similar biotherapeutics. Reliable and rapid, the resDNASEQ kit enables highly sensitive and specific quantitation of different fragment lengths of the E1A gene within the residual host-cell DNA. This helps ensure a high degree of confidence in quantitation data obtained from a broad range of sample types—from in-process samples with different sample matrices to purified final product—whether the sample contains high molecular weight or sheared DNA.

The Absolute Q system has a high tolerance of common inhibitors in biopharmaceutical sample matrices, eliminating the need for nucleic acid extraction in most cases.
