Diomni™ Software for Diomni Enterprise IVD

Applied Biosystems Diomni Software is an advanced, browser-based application designed to digitally integrate real-time PCR (qPCR) systems. It supports the planning of an extraction run, running of a qPCR test, reviewing of interpretive results and QC checks, and releasing of reports. Diomni Software can be deployed on a local network to enable centralized data management and role-based access.

Purchase includes an Enterprise license that unlocks additional features. This license must be renewed at the end of the licensing period to maintain access to the Enterprise features.

The software is US-IVD and IVDR compliant.

Furthermore, the system allows for the configuration of results interpretation rules, enabling precise sample result determination. Advanced options such as delta Cq for grouped targets in presence/absence tests, definition of Cq ranges for grey zones, and quality control settings based on curve quality provide users with comprehensive analytical capabilities.

A one-time on-site setup in a central location on a local area network (LAN) enables seamless fleet management. This configuration allows users to initiate qPCR runs on multiple networked instruments simultaneously. Notably, there is no limitation on the number of networked users who can access the shared database across the lab network, facilitating collaborative research and streamlined operations.
