Thermo Scientific™ Heat Seals for ALPS™ Microplate Heat Sealing Instrument를 이용하면 밀봉 상태를 향상시키는 한편 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있습니다. 가열 밀봉은 시료를 회수하고 다시 플레이트를 재밀봉할 수 있어 저장 용도에 이상적입니다. 가열 밀봉을 할 때 모든 웰 주위의 테두리가 올라와 있는 부분에 우선 밀봉 물질을 먼저 놓아야 합니다. 완벽히 밀봉하려면 밀봉 물질이 올라간 테두리와 붙도록 열이 수 초간 고르게 가해져야 합니다.
