MEGAshortscript™ T7 Transcription Kit

새로운 transcription 반응 조건과 Ambion의 특허받은 high-yield 기술로 작은 templates (<300 bases)에서 RNA를 대량 합성할 수 있습니다. 각 Ambion™ kit에는 25회 반응에 충분한 시약이 들어있습니다. • 작은 templates (<300 bases)의 효율적인 transcription과 일관적으로 높은 수율 • 플라스미드, 합성 oligonucleotide, 또는 PCR product templates에 사용 짧은 transcript는 주어진 산물 양을 합성하기 위해 긴 transcript 보다 많은 transcription 시작 사건이 필요합니다. 시작 단계는 transcription 반응에서 rate-limiting step이기 때문에 짧은 template의 수율은 대개 낮습니다. MEGAshortscript™ High Yield Transcription Kit는 플라스미드, oligonucleotide, PCR templates에서 짧은 RNA transcript 수율을 최대화하도록 만들어졌습니다. MEGAshortscript™ Kits는 이 kit 안에 들어있는 T7 polymerase와 함께 사용할 때 최적화됩니다. 그 외 다른 polymerase 사용 시 수율이 낮아질 수 있습니다.
