mirVana™ PARIS Kit는 동일한 샘플에서 얻은 천연 단백질과 RNA (small RNA 포함)의 정제에 사용합니다. 각 키트에는 단백질 및 총 RNA(small RNA 포함)의 분리 40회 또는 단백질 및 분리된 크고 작은 RNA fraction 분리 20회에 충분한 시약과 소모품이 들어있습니다.
• 동일한 샘플에서 small RNA 함유 총 RNA과 천연 단백질 분리
• 100 – 107 배양 세포 또는 최대 100 mg 포유류 세포로 시작
• 작은 RNA <200 nt를 농축하여 downstream 분석의 sensitivity를 높입니다.

키트 작업 방식
The mirVana™ PARIS Kit 절차는 nonionic detergent에 포함되는 특수 Cell Disruption Buffer로 샘플의 균질화로부터 시작됩니다. 단백질이 온전한 상태로 유지되기 때문에 용해물 부분을 직접 일반 단백질 분석 어플리케이션에 사용할 수 있습니다. 나머지 용해물은 유기상 및 고형상 추출의 장점을 통합하고 이 둘의 단점을 피한 절차를 사용한 RNA 분리에 사용됩니다.

악세서리:
동일 샘플에서 단백질과 small RNA 회수용으로 만들어진 것은 아니지만 췌장 및 비장 등 ribonuclease 수치가 높은 조직의 경우 mirVana™ miRNA Isolation Kit가 권장됩니다. (이 키트는 phenol이 없는 상태로 구매할 수도 있습니다.)
