Optical Heat Seal, for Piko PCR plates

The exceptionally clear Thermo Scientific Piko PCR/qPCR Optical Heat Seals allow high transmission of fluorescence across the range of commonly-used fluorophores. When used with a Piko Thermal Cycler or PikoReal Real-Time PCR System, sample volumes as low as 5 μL can be used with minimal evaporative loss. These optical films are available in the ¼-size format for Piko PCR Plates.
