INTELLIFLEX Calibration Kit

The INTELLIFLEX Calibration Kit is for use with the Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX and Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX DR-SE systems and is used to calibrate the optics of these systems. The calibration kit contains all reagents needed for calibration of these systems.

Calibration is important to ensure that the optical system functions effectively and that different INTELLIFLEX systems report similar results. Calibrating the INTELLIFLEX System normalizes the settings for classification channels (CL1, CL2, and CL3), the doublet discriminator channel (DD), and the reporter channels (RP1 and RP2).
