PureLink™ HiPure Expi Plasmid Gigaprep Kit

The PureLink™ HiPure Expi Plasmid Gigaprep Kit enables isolation of the highest levels of transfection-grade plasmid DNA from a single E.coli giga prep using an enhanced anion exchange resin. The PureLink™ HiPure Plasmid Gigaprep Kit also includes vacuum filtration columns that provide bacterial filtration without centrifugation, enabling extremely fast process times. The PureLink™ HiPure Expi Plasmid Gigaprep Kit typically isolates 12 mg of high quality, ultrapure plasmid DNA with inherently low endotoxin levels from 2.5 L of bacterial culture.
