Novex™ Zymogram Developing Buffer (10X)

Novex™ Zymogram Gels은 기질로 casein 또는 gelatin을 사용하는 protease 검출과 특징 분석에 탁월한 도구입니다. Proteases는 이런 기질 중 하나를 갖는 겔에서 변성 조건으로 처리하며 간단한 renaturing, developing, staining protocol에 따라 어두운 background에 대해 분명한 band로 확인이 가능합니다. Zymogram gel은 matrix metalloproteinases 검출에 흔히 사용됩니다.

Formulation: 모든 Novex™ Zymogram Gel은 Tris-Glycine 겔로 기질(gelatin 또는 casein)이 이 겔에 함께 포함되어 있습니다. 이들은 순도가 높고 엄격히 품질이 관리되는 시약으로 만들어집니다. Tris base, HCl, acrylamide, bisacrylamide, TEMED, APS, 초정제수, casein 또는 gelatin(기질). 모두 4% stacking gel을 갖습니다.

Zymogram Gel 유형: 10% Zymogram (Gelatin) Gel은 10% Tris-Glycine 겔로 기질은 0.1% gelatin입니다. 12% Novex™ Zymogram (Casein) Gel은 12% Tris-Glycine 겔로 기질은 0.05% casein입니다. 4-16% Novex™ Zymogram (Blue Casein) Gel은 4-16% Novex™ Tris-Glycine 겔로 기질인 0.1% casein과 고유한 dye가 이 겔에 포함되어 있습니다.

Sensitivity: 10% Zymogram Gelatin Gel: 5 x 10^-6 collagenase unit
12% Zymogram Casein Gel: 7 x 10^-4 trypsin unit
4-16% Zymogram Casein Gel: 1.5 x 10^-3 trypsin unit

권장 buffer: 이러한 겔에는 Novex™ Tris-Glycine SDS Sample Buffer와 Novex™ Tris-Glycine SDS Running Buffer를 사용하십시오. Novex™ Zymogram Renaturing와 Developing Buffers도 권장됩니다.
