Elescan XRF-100 Online Multi-stream Elemental Slurry Analyzer

The Thermo Scientific Elescan XRF-100 Online Multi-stream Elemental Slurry Analyzer is a high-performance tool, designed for real-time analysis of slurry streams in mining and mineral processing. Using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF), this advanced elemental slurry analyzer provides accurate measurement of metal concentrations of key process streams, aiding in in process control decision making and beneficiation circuit troubleshooting to minimize pay metal losses and optimize reagent usage.

A key advantage of combining EDXRF (single detector, many elements) and a low power air-cooled X-ray tube for continuous analysis is that a continuous X-ray energy spectrum.  This facilitates the detection of unexpected elements as the mine works through the ore deposit over time, enabling real-time slurry composition analysis with high precision.
