Thermo Scientific™ Quanti-Cult Plus™ Burkholderia multivorans ATCC™ BAA-247™ is supplied as a film of preserved microorganisms on the inside of the cap on a plastic vial ready for rehydration and use in quality control procedures. It is the recommended strain to support QC testing for non-sterile products described in US Pharmacopeia chapter 60.
No serial dilution required.
- Delivers <100 colony forming units (CFUs) in a single 0.1mL inoculum
- 10 tests/reconstituted vial; 100 tests/kit
