Achieve high visual contrast with Thermo Scientific™ ChromoSphere™-T Certified Size Standards, colored polymer microspheres with NIST™-traceable diameters. These reference and calibration materials are used in the testing of filtration systems, vial cleaning evaluations, contamination control studies and calibration of injection devices.
ChromoSphere-T Size Standard는 뚜렷한 육안 대조가 필요한 응용 분야에서 기준/보정 물질로 사용하기 위해 개발되었습니다. 제품군은 50 ∼ 500미크론의 균일한 입자 크기를 가진 제품들로 구성되어 있으며 적색 또는 흑색으로 제공됩니다.
- 적색 또는 흑색 염료가 내부 깊숙이 착색되며, 대부분의 백그라운드 물질에 대해 우수한 육안 대조성 및 가시성을 보여 줍니다.
- 평균 지름은 NIST(National Institute of Standards and Technology)를 통해 표준 계측기를 추적할 수 있음
- 광학 현미경 검사로 보정
- 가교 폴리스티렌 디비닐벤젠(PS-DVB) 혼성중합체로 제조
- 건성 분말로 이용 가능
- 수성 매질에서 소량의 계면활성제로 분산되며, 메탄올이나 에탄올과 같은 낮은 알코올에서 분산됨
- 입자가 순수 알코올에서 부유 시 최소한의 염료만 추출
- 에테르나 염소화 탄화수소와 같은 기타 유기용제는 입자를 팽창시켜 염료를 모두 추출하므로 피해야 합니다.
