Invitrogen SureLock Tandem Midi Membranes and Filters, 0.45 μm, PVDF, have excellent binding properties for western blotting, dot-blot assays, and protein sequencing. The 0.45-μm pore size makes these membranes ideal for protein transfer for proteins >10 kDa. The dimensions (8.6 x 14 cm) of these PVDF membrane and filter paper sandwiches are ideal for wet-transfer of Invitrogen midi gels using the SureLock Tandem Midi Blot Module.
