HyPerforma™ Single-Use Mixer DS 300, Unit with Drum Positioner and Adjustable Motor Head

The Thermo Scientific™ HyPerforma™ DS 300 Single-Use Mixer (S.U.M.) is built upon the proven legacy design of the S.U.M; but optimized for lower-cost, high throughput applications. The smaller footprint and lighter weight of the HyPerforma S.U.M. DS 300 provide mobility and flexibility in mixing applications not currently available in the market.

Features:
• The docking station consists of a stainless steel base with locking casters, an adjustable handle, a tethered hand-held control device, an electronic vertical lift mechanism with integrated height indicator, motor mount and motor, three sizes of drive shafts, two adjustment tools—a spanner and a torque wrench. An adjustable-angle motor head and drum positioned are available as add-on options.
• Supporting hardware optimized for mixing, storage, transport and discharge in a closed system to help minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
• Top-drain support containers are available in 50, 100, 200 and 300 L sizes; with bottom-drain drums available in 50, 100 and 200 L sizes.
• Standard BPCs available for liquid/liquid and powder/liquid mixing.
• Optional dollies are available for all drum sizes.

Applications of the Thermo Scientific HyPerforma DS 300 S.U.M. include
• Hydration of powdered media and buffers.
• Sterile mixing of buffers, cell culture media, or other process fluids.
• Pooling of sterile liquid fractions.
