The LSI VetMAX™ Triplex M. paratuberculosis Advanced Kit is a single-well triplex real-time PCR kit based on IS900 and F57 target genes, for the screening and confirmation of the presence of MAP DNA in one test run. The kit includes internal controls that help prevent false-negative results by verifying correct extraction and amplification. This kit is intended for use with cattle, sheep, and goat, and is validated for multiple sample types including feces, organs, bacterial colonies, and broth culture.
