Axiom™ Bovine Genotyping 100K Array, mini-96 format

The Applied Biosystems Axiom Bovine Genotyping 100K Array is a component of our Axiom Agrigenomics Genotyping solution where target genomic DNA is prepared and processed on the GeneTitan Multi-Channel instrument. The automated process include hybridization of the gDNA to this high-throughput microarray followed by staining, washing, imaging, and output of genotyping data for further analysis.

The Axiom Bovine Genotyping 100K Array has 100,000 markers and is designed for dairy genetic evaluations, trait selection, and parentage verification of cattle. It contains the CDCB-recommended markers as of April 2020. The array also contains Bos indicus markers of approximate equal coverage across the Bos indicus genome to avoid gaps.
