Tetra Electrophoresis Companion Core

The Invitrogen Tetra Electrophoresis Companion Core is designed to work seamlessly with our Tetra Electrophoresis Primary Core in Bio-Rad's Mini-PROTEAN Tetra Cell. This companion core enables the running of up to four Invitrogen precast protein gels in the tank at the same time, providing a flexible and efficient solution for routine protein analysis applications such as western blotting and SDS-PAGE. Its intuitive design ensures ease of use, making it accessible for both new and experienced users.

The Tetra Electrophoresis Companion Core enhances the functionality of our Tetra Electrophoresis Primary Core by allowing three or four gels to be run at once, significantly increasing throughput and efficiency in the lab. The Companion Core works seamlessly with our Primary Core, making the transition between different gel types smooth and straightforward.

The Tetra Electrophoresis Companion Core is straightforward to use: simply swap out the Bio-Rad cores from the Bio-Rad Mini-PROTEAN Tetra system for the Invitrogen Tetra primary and companion cores and use Invitrogen mini protein gels following the recommended protocols. The companion core requires the primary core to run. When running only one or two gels, use only the primary core.
