Comodidad y rendimiento
Los conjuntos de bandeja/retenedor MicroAmp™ le permiten organizar sus tubos al mismo tiempo que añade muestras y mezcla. Esta práctica herramienta reduce la posibilidad de derrames y mezclas de tubos al fijar y solicitar los tubos en la sobremesa de laboratorio. Cuando las muestras estén listas, solo tiene que colocar la bandeja de tubos directamente en el bloque del termociclador GeneAmp. La bandeja no solo elimina la molestia de transferir los tubos, sino que también proporciona el contacto térmico necesario para el ciclo térmico de alto rendimiento.

Why are my PCR tubes crushed/deformed after my PCR run?

The heated thermal cycler lid is designed to make sure that optimized pressure is applied on the microplate for an efficient PCR reaction. When using PCR tubes, excess pressure on the tubes, from the heated lid can cause deformation of the tubes. To avoid this, we recommend using the Tray/Retainer set, as shown below:
