MicroSEQ™ ID Fungal Gene Library v2013

This separately-available MicroSEQ™ ID Fungal Gene Library v2013 is used to update older versions of the library co-installed with MicroSEQ™ ID Microbial Identification Software . Purchase of this library is not required when purchasing the software, as the most recent library is included with most software purchases. The library contains 1300 reference sequences from the D2 region of the Large Subunit (rDNA) of yeast and mold species against which an unknown yeast or mold sequence can be compared in order to identify the unknown organism. The library is regularly updated with new entries and current taxonomy.
