The QuantStudio™ 12K Flex OpenArray® Calibration Kit is offered in order to maintain the QuantStudio™ 12K Flex Real Time PCR System OpenArray® block type. The calibration kit contains FAM™ dye, as well as a calibration starter kit. The calibration starter kit contains the calibration plaque for background and uniformity, as well as four empty cases for dye loading. Calibration is recommended on a yearly basis. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use.
