  • Thermo Scientific™ Steri-Run™ high-temperature sterilization cycle is independently proven to provide a 12-log sterility assurance level and reaches at least 180°C in all areas, based on 48-point temperature mapping.
  • In-chamber HEPA filtration achieves ISO Class 5 clean room-like air quality conditions within only five minutes after a 30-second door opening

  • Choice of IR180Si or TC180 CO2 sensor configured in situ for fast recovery and long service life.
  • Condensation-free humidification system with protected, integrated 3-L water reservoir. Easily fill or drain without removing cultures to help keep sterilized distilled water clean. Slide out cover allows full access for cleaning.
  • Large, crisp 7-in. touchscreen display for quicker at-a-glance monitoring of chamber conditions. Set language and programmable access code provide additional accessibility and security.
  • Ergonomic door design to make routine loading, unloading, and checking on cultures easier than ever. Electromagnetic door lock comes standard.
  • Tri-gas options offer variable oxygen control for physiological tissue research. Simulate hypoxic (1-21% O2) or hyperoxic (5-90% O2) conditions based on application.
  • Select electropolished stainless steel or 100% pure copper interior, with easy-to-clean curved interior chamber corners and shelving designs that are easy to install and remove without tools.

Specifications achieved under standard laboratory conditions at sea level, at a +22°C ambient condition, and nominal operating voltage. Other process conditions or ambient temperatures or altitude can affect performance. For example, a change of 2°C ambient temperature can influence the humidity by 1% rH.
