The PrioCHECK™ L. hardjo Antibody ELISA is an indirect ELISA for the detection of anti-L. hardjo antibodies. The test is suited for large-scale screening of serum and (bulk) milk samples. Test samples are incubated in plates coated with the inactivated L. hardjo antigen. Plates are then washed and an anti-bovine antibody labeled with an enzyme that generates a color signal is added. The signal is measured and if color develops the sample is positive for anti-L. hardjo antibodies. Color intensity is directly related to the amount of anti-L. hardjo antibodies present in the test sample.
