GeneChip™ WT Terminal Labeling and Controls Kit

The GeneChip™ WT Terminal Labeling and Controls Kit should be combined with the WT Expression Kit (sold separately) as the most effective option for target preparation on GeneChip Exon and Gene 1.0 ST Arrays. The basic chemistry is the same as the GeneChip WT Sense Target Labeling and Control Reagents kit; however, the WT Expression Kit utilizes a streamlined protocol with master mixes, does not require an upfront rRNA-reduction step for optimal performance, and uses optimized reagents that enable lower total RNA input amounts.

The GeneChip WT Terminal Labeling and Controls Kit contains the GeneChip WT Terminal Labeling Kit, GeneChip Poly-A Control Kit, and GeneChip Hybridization Control Kit.

WT Expression Kit:
   - 50 ng total RNA input
   - No ribosomal removal required for Human, Mouse, and Rat Exon 1.0 ST and Gene 1.0 ST Arrays
   - Streamlined workflow for a simplified protocol and reduced hands-on time

The WT Expression Kit includes:
   - All reagents needed to generate sense cDNA ready for fragmentation and labeling

   - WT Fragmentation and Labeling Kit required for target produced by the WT Expression Kit

   - Hybridization controls that monitor the hybridization process for troubleshooting purposes
