Thermo Scientific™ Abgene™ Blank and Alphanumeric Storage Tubes

Thermo Scientific™ ABgene™ Blank and Alphanumeric Storage Tubes enable secure sample storage, while allowing individual access, sealing and retrieval of samples. It includes Abgene™ 1.2mL open top storage tube in bulk pack (Cat # AB-0672) and Abgene™ 0.65mL open top storage tubes in racks (Cat # AB-1256).

Features

• Can be picked and placed for reformatting of sample selections and eliminate the need to thaw an entire storage plate for only a few desired samples
• Manufactured from 100% virgin, medical-grade polypropylene and every lot is leak tested to ensure the integrity and security of samples
• Available blank or with alphanumeric markings molded into the bottom of each tube for enhanced sample identification
• Wide variety of tube volumes and capping options available, both in bulk or racked V-well design for improved sample recovery
• Open bottom rack design for faster freezing and thawing
• Broad temperature range of -180° to 120°C

• Unlike traditional storage tubes or blocks, blank and alphanumeric storage tubes are available in specially designed, stackable, microplate-footprint racks of 96 tubes for individual sample, access and removal
• Rack design includes grid-referenced lids for easy identification of tube location
