Pathatrix™ Salmonella spp. Kit - Same Day

The Pathatrix™ Salmonella spp. Kit - Same Day, when used with the Pathatrix™ Auto Instrument, facilitates the concentration and isolation of Salmonella bacteria from pre-enriched food and environmental samples for downstream detection by PCR, immunoassay or culture. The same day format supports protocols that require pre-enrichment for 8 hours or less prior to re-circulation.

When used with the Pathatrix™ Auto Instrument, the Pathatrix™ Salmonella spp. Kit - Same Day:
• Reduces time-to-results – concentrates target organisms, so less enrichment time is required
• Minimizes false positive and indeterminate rates – isolates specific bacteria from background flora and PCR inhibitors
• Provides added confidence – workflows validated by the AOAC Research Institute

Each kit includes one vial of antibody-coated beads and sufficient numbers of sterile, single-use plastic consumables for 50 samples.
