BioPharma
Orbitrap Excedion BioPharma edition MS supports BioPharma analysis through a dedicated oligonucleotide mode with optimized pressure control, enabling intact mass, sequencing, and quantitative characterization of mRNA, oligonucleotides, and ADC-related species.
With in-lab upgrade to Orbitrap Excedion Pro BioPharma edition MS and optional fast and sensitive ETD fragmentation, users can expand biopharma and proteomics capabilities. Advanced fragmentation enables Asp/IsoAsp detection, Leu/Ile resolution, enhanced middle-down coverage, and near single-residue HDX-MS, supporting deep proteome, PTM, and immunopeptidomics analysis.
