This makes the BLOCK-iT™ Fluorescent Oligo an ideal indicator of transfection efficiency for RNAi experiments. BLOCK-iT™ Fluorescent Oligo is available in two configurations: one designed for lipid-mediated transfection (2 x 125 μL) at 20 μM and one designed for electro-poration (75 μl) at 1 mM.
