Megaplex™ RT Primers, Rodent Pool A

Designed to streamline experimental workflows, Applied Biosystems® Megaplex™ RT Primers provide a single reaction solution when preparing cDNA for real-time PCR analysis on a TaqMan® MicroRNA Array. Rodent Pool A contains RT primers for 335 and 238 unique microRNAs for mouse and rat respectively plus 4 species specific controls. The microRNA targets represented in this pool tend be better characterized, more broadly expressed and⁄or expressed at a higher level compared to Human Pool A. The pool can also be used to prepare cDNA for real-time analysis using the individual TaqMan® MicroRNA Assays.
