Sequence Detection System (SDS) Software v2.4.1 is the latest update in high-throughput gene expression and genotyping analysis software for use with the Applied Biosystems™ 7900HT Fast Real Time PCR System.

Features of SDS Software:

• Assisted T_m Calling
• Ability to create and save analysis templates on a per detector basis for use with other plates
• Auto-analysis of plates containing analysis settings
• Improvements in amplification plot displays, including the ability to view plots by sample and target, as well as a toggle for linear/log display
• Ability to access the plate utility application from the main menu
• Ability to export the results or data of up to 50 plates at once, as well as a choice of results columns to export, using the batch export utility
• Ability to set up standard curve dilutions for AQ experiments with a wizard
• Ability to switch run documents from AQ to RQ format, and vice-versa

Standard and Enterprise Editions
The standard version of SDS Software for the 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR System uses two automation software tools—Plate Utility and Automation Controller—to fully automate high-throughput applications for gene expression and SNP genotyping, requiring minimal user intervention.

The Enterprise database allows users to process up to 5,000 x 384-well plates (384 markers total), which equates to 1.92 million genotypes. Using Relative Quantitation (RQ) Manager, customers can also process 200 x 384-well plates (96 detectors with quadruplicate data points per multiplexed endogenous control) which equates to 153,600 data points.

Supporting 21 CFR Part 11 Requirements
SDS Software Enterprise Edition is the only edition of SDS Software that assists in supporting 21 CFR part 11 requirements, providing security, auditing functions, electronic signatures, and electronic record-keeping. These features eliminate traditional paper records and reduce vulnerability to signature fraud and report misfiling, which increases the speed of information exchange and data searching. The results are reduced storage costs, better data integration, and superior product quality.
