TaqMan™ Antibiotic Resistance Assay, pooled

Applied Biosystems TaqMan Antibiotic Resistant assays are used for quantitative real-time PCR detection of microbial species. These assays consist of up to four pooled unlabeled PCR primers and TaqMan probes with a dye label (FAM) on the 5’ end and a minor groove binder (MGB) and non-fluorescent quencher (NFQ) on the 3’ end.
