POROS GoPure AAV9 chromatography columns are ready-to-use and designed specifically for use in clinical and commercial manufacturing. POROS GoPure AAV9 columns are prepared and packed in an ISO Class 7 environment where all product contact materials meet USP <88> Class VI standards. Each column is accompanied by column qualification documentation including bioburden and endotoxin. Packed with POROS™ CaptureSelect™ AAV9 affinity resin, POROS GoPure AAV9 columns offer high specificity and capacity for AAV9 viral vectors over a wide range of flow rates.

Free of animal-origin components, the CaptureSelect AAV9 ligand is a 12 to 15 kDa single-domain antibody fragment produced in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
