eBioscience™ 20X TBS Wash Buffer for IHC/ICC

The 20X TBS Wash Buffer for IHC/ICC is for use in immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry protocols which require washing to remove non-specific binding. This wash buffer is recommended for eFluor™ Nanocrystal conjugated-antibodies following antibody incubation. The TBS Wash Buffer is also compatible with organic dye-conjugated antibodies as well as unconjugated antibodies that may be used in two and three step staining protocols. The buffer is supplied as a 20X stock solution that should be diluted to 1X with distilled water.
