This easy-to-use kit enables you to establish the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM™⁄SYBR® Green I, VIC®⁄JOE™, and NED™⁄TAMRA™⁄ROX™ dyes on the 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System.

The Applied Biosystems® 7500 Real-Time PCR Systems Spectral Calibration Kit I contains nine Optical 96-Well Fast Thermocycling Plates: one preloaded and sealed background plate, seven preloaded and sealed plates with seven separate dye standards, and one region-of-interest (ROI) plate.

• 96-well optical reaction plates preloaded with dyes (FAM™⁄SYBR® Green I, VIC®⁄JOE™, NED™⁄TAMRA™⁄ROX™) allow quick and easy calibration of the 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System
• Easy-to-use, preloaded spectral calibration kit allows accurate discrimination of the individual dyes in a reaction mixture when all the dyes are excited simultaneously
• Includes the Passive Reference I dye standard required for signal normalization in all real-time and endpoint reactions

This kit's easy-to-use, preloaded 96-well optical reaction plates enable quick and easy calibration of the 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System. Insert the reaction plates during system installation, and the system collects the dye standard's spectral information. The system's application algorithm then uses the calibration information to ensure accurate data analysis.
