Rapid Separation Well Plate Autosampler
Minimize gradient delay and extra column volume for high-efficiency separations and short chromatographic run times. The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ UltiMate™ 3000 Rapid Separation Well Plate Autosampler offers wide injection volume flexibility for both UHPLC and conventional HPLC applications. This UHPLC autosampler uniquely injects up to 500μL at pressures up to 15,000 psi (103.4 Mpa). The in-line split-loop (or flow-through) injection design provides highly accurate and precise delivery of the sample with ultralow carryover.
Ideal for High Resolution LC of Biomolecules
The UltiMate 3000 Biocompatible Rapid Separation Well Plate Autosampler (WPS-3000TRS) is strongly recommended for high-resolution analysis of biomolecules or with electrochemical detection. It offers minimal gradient delay and extra column volume for high-efficiency separations and wide injection volume flexibility for both UHPLC and conventional HPLC applications. Support for well plates and short injection cycle times increase throughput.

- Wide injection volume range from 0.2–500uL using three syringe and loop combinations for maximum injection flexibility
- Low gradient delay volume of 140μL (default) or 50μL (with 25μL sample loop)
- Volumetric accuracy better than ±0.5% for 20μL injections for easy transfer from HPLC to UHPLC methods
- Sample thermostatting to protect thermally-sensitive analytes
- Ceramic injection needle and titanium injection valve to enhance biocompatibility
