Thermo Scientific Alw21I (BsiHKAI) restriction enzyme recognizes GWGCW^C sites and cuts best at 37°C in O buffer (Isoschizomers: Bbv12I, BsiHKAI). Note: Also available as a FastDigest enzyme for rapid DNA digestion.
