Applications
Azidotri-n-butyltin(IV) is widely utilized as a reagent in the synthesis of tetrazolylbenzene compounds. It is employed in pharmaceutical research and involves synthesis of tetrazole derivatives, which is used to create angiotensin II receptor antagonists.

Solubility
Miscible with toluene, hexane, acetonitrile and tetrahydrofuran.

Use in a fume hood. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents.
