MAGPIX™ Performance Verification Kit

The convenient performance verification kit contains xMAP™ verification reagents that are used to verify calibration of the MAGPIX™ classification and reporter channels and fluidic integrity. Verification uses system controls to help ensure that the analyzer is functioning properly with current calibration settings. The kit is intended to be used with the off-plate reagent block. Each kit provides 25 verifications.

The MAGPIX™ system is a versatile, compact, fluorescent detection system based on Luminex's proven xMAP™ technology. The system is a simple immunoassay platform designed for the simultaneous analysis of up to 50 intracellular and extracellular markers in single biological samples. The MAGPIX™ system provides users with a powerful multiplexing tool that offers higher sample throughput, increased assay flexibility, reduced sample volume, and lower costs than traditional ELISA and Western blotting.
