Biotin-labeled ubiquitin for use as a general research tool, or in high throughput assays to monitor protein ubiquitination. Due to the method in labeling the ubiquitin protein, all of the lysines with the protein are available for further conjugation to form poly-ubiquitin chains.

For use in combination with other LanthaScreen™ products including LanthaScreen™ Tb-Ubiquitin (Cat. No. PV4375), Fluorescein-Ubiquitin (PV4377), or a LanthaScreen™ antibody such as Tb-anti-biotin (PV4749).

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

UBC13 is a noncanonical ubiquitin conjugating enzyme (E2) that has been implicated in a variety of cellular signaling processes due to its ability to catalyze formation of lysine 63-linked polyubiquitin chains on various substrates. In particular, UBC13 is required for signaling by a variety of receptors important in immune regulation, ... More
