Panel Description

The panel of assays in the TaqMan® Array 96-well Human Hypoxia Plate targets genes in the HIF (hypoxia inducible factor) family. On the panel are the genes VHL, Cul2, and RBX1 (Ring-Box 1) that complex with additional genes for a role in the ubiquitylation of HIF1A. Other hypoxia response related genes fall in to the following target classes: Transcription Factors, Immune and Stress Response, Signal Transduction, Apoptosis, Oxidoreductases, Proteases, and Protein metabolism.
