The panel of assays in the TaqMan® Array 96-well Human MAP Kinase Pathways Plate targets genes from the four major groups of mammalian MAPKs: 1) ERKs (Extracellular signal-Regulated Kinases); 2) p38 MAPKs; 3) JNKs (c-Jun NH2-terminal Kinases); and 4) ERK5 (or BMK cascades).
