Panel Description

The panel of assays in the TaqMan® Array 96-well Human LDL Pathways Plate targets genes encoding apolipoproteins, members of the complement component family of genes, LDL receptor, relaxin, and the LDL related protein family. Additional genes are involved in cell adhesion, cell migration, proliferation, immune, cancer and other LDL related functions. Genes that play a role in cardiovascular diseases are also represented on the panel.
