Panel Description

The panel of assays in the TaqMan® Array 96-well Human Tumor Metastasis Plate targets genes for many tumor suppressor and metastasis suppressor genes. The panel includes genes from the families: MMPs (matrix metalloproteinases); RB (retinoblastoma); and TIMPs (tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases). Also included are proto-oncogenes, oncogenes, and genes with roles in tumorigenesis and angiogenesis. Additional genes are involved in cell mobility, cell survival, and apoptosis.
