Panel Description

The panel of assays in the TaqMan® Array 96-well Human Protein Kinase Pathways Plate targets kinases from the receptor protein-tyrosine kinase (RPTK) families and from the Serine/Threonine kinase families. Also included, are non-kinase genes involved in signal transduction and mediate protein-protein interaction, transcriptional regulation, neural development and cell adhesion.
