The Fibrosis array includes genes involved in occurance of dysregulated tissue remodeling, where extracellular matrix (ECM) deposition occurs during the repair and healing of wounds. Included in the array along with fibrosis related genes are those that encode ECM remodeling enzymes, TGFβ signaling molecules and inflammatory cytokines.
