Panel Description

The panel of assays in the TaqMan® Array 96-well Human CYP450 and other Oxygenases Plate targets genes from 56 CYP450 family members. Additionally, there are assays against genes which participate in the CYP450 containing systems, including the cytochrome oxidoreductase and the cytochrome b5 reductases. Also included are the functionally related members of the monooxygenase, monoamine oxygenase and lipooxygenase families.
