Panel Description

The Innate and Adaptive Immune Responses array profiles genes involved in a range of host responses to bacterial infection and sepsis. Genes involved in the host defense to bacteria are included, such as: detection of bacteria, acute-phase response, complement activation, inflammatory response, and antibacterial humoral response.This array also includes genes related to the IL-1R and Toll-like Receptor (TLR) Signaling Pathways, as well as those involved in the innate immune response and septic shock.
