Panel Description

The Huntington's Disease array includes genes known to be directly involved in Huntington's disease progression, or those potentially involved in Huntington's disease, as identified through analysis of human cadavers and mouse models. Included are known Huntingtin gene (HTT) cofactors and downstream interactors, as well as SP1 and REST targets.
